Job Description:
Job Title: Postgres DBA
Location: Pan India

Responsibilities:
- SENIOR MYSQL DBA POSITION GENERAL DUTIES AND TASKS:
- 10-12 years of experience in managing [respective] databases.
- Configure and maintain database servers and processes, including monitoring of system health and performance, to ensure high levels of performance, availability, and security.
- Database performance tuning.
- Planning, deploying, maintaining, and troubleshooting high-availability database environments (Always-On, Clustering, Mirroring, Replication, RAC, Data Guard, etc.).
- Independently analyse, solve, and correct issues in real time, providing problem resolution end-to-end.
- Refine and automate regular processes, track issues, and document changes for efficiency and cost optimisation.
- Work directly with end customers, business stakeholders, and technical resources.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and drive the team
- Ability to multi-task and context-switch effectively between different activities and teams
- Strong ITIL foundation, continuous service improvement and total quality management experiences.
