Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Raipur for a Postgraduate Teacher of Physics. The teacher will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging physics lesson plans aligned with the curriculum, assessing student progress, and fostering their understanding of complex concepts. Additionally, they will provide guidance to students, inspire curiosity and critical thinking, and actively participate in school activities and training programs to contribute to the academic and personal growth of students.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Lesson Planning and the ability to create structured, innovative, and curriculum-aligned teaching materials for Physics topics.
- Strong Teaching and Training skills with an emphasis on engaging classroom management and student motivation.
- Excellent Communication and Education skills to effectively explain complex concepts and cater to diverse learning needs.
- Proven ability to assess student performance, offer constructive feedback, and support individual student growth.
- Postgraduate degree in Physics or a related field, and a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) qualification is preferred.
- Prior experience teaching at the high school level and familiarity with CBSE or similar curriculum are advantageous.
