Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role in Rajgangpur for a Postgraduate Teacher in English. The role involves delivering engaging and effective English language lessons, preparing lesson plans, and fostering a nurturing learning environment. The teacher will also be responsible for evaluating student progress, providing constructive feedback, and contributing to the development of innovative teaching methodologies and materials. Collaboration with colleagues for extracurricular and academic activities may also be required.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Lesson Planning and structuring comprehensive and effective lesson workflows
- Strong background in Education and Teaching, with an emphasis on English language instruction
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to foster a positive learning environment
- Experience in Training and mentoring students to achieve academic and personal growth
- Master's degree in English or a related field
- Teaching certification or qualification relevant to postgraduate-level education
- Prior experience in teaching English at a higher secondary or college level is advantageous
