Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Postgraduate English Teacher located in Fatehpur. The teacher will design and implement effective lesson plans, deliver engaging and interactive English language and literature lessons, and assess students’ performance through regular evaluations. Additional responsibilities include organizing co-curricular activities, fostering a positive learning environment, and contributing to the overall development of students.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in English Teaching, Lesson Planning, and classroom instruction
- Experience and knowledge in Education and Teaching methodologies
- Strong Communication skills to establish effective interactions with students, parents, and colleagues
- A Master’s degree in English or a related field
- Prior teaching experience, preferably at the postgraduate or senior secondary level
- Familiarity with CBSE curriculum is an advantage
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students
- Ability to foster creativity, critical reasoning, and teamwork among students
