Position Overview: We are seeking highly skilled and motivated Senior Financial Analyst to join our team in Denver, CO. Reporting to the Senior Director of Finance and Accounting, this role will play a crucial part in driving financial planning and supporting strategic operations across the company. The ideal candidate is highly analytic, has experience working with venture backed startups, and is passionate about making an impact in the growing men's fertility and hormone management space.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual P&L and cash flow forecasting
• Lead the annual budgeting process
• Prepare monthly variance reports, analyzing discrepancies and providing actionable insights
• Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making
  
  

Operational Support

• Manage company-wide expenses, identifying areas for cost optimization
• Provide analytics support to operations, marketing, and sales departments
• Conduct ROI reporting, LTV:CAC analysis, and regional performance analysis
• Perform pricing and profitability analysis to optimize revenue streams
  
  

Accounting and Reporting

• Assist with month-end accruals and closing processes
• Prepare financial reports and presentations for senior management
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
  
  

Strategic Initiatives

• Identify and implement process improvements in financial operations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial best practices
• Support ad-hoc financial projects and analysis as needed
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 4+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial planning software
• Knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and presentation abilities
• Experience in healthcare or technology industries is a plus
• Business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
• ERP, accounting, and business reporting systems (e.g. QuickBooks Online, Sage Intacct, NetSuite, HubSpot)
• Advanced Excel (pivot tables, XLOOKUPs, macros)
