Postdoctoral Researcher and Research Professor: This is not a conventional postdoc. You will operate as a high-output intellectual engine, contributing to a structured research architecture producing multi-stream, multi-output scholarly work (conceptual, methodological, empirical, and translational). The role is designed to generate top 1% global research targeting journals such as Academy of Management Review, Psychological Review, and Nature Human Behaviour.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute research across integrated streams (cognitive, organizational, technological, societal)
- Co-develop theory-building frameworks with potential paradigm-shifting impact
- Produce journal-ready outputs (conceptual, methods, empirical)
- Translate research into:
- Policy briefs
- Case studies
- Patents / applied frameworks
- Executive-level insights
- Contribute to grant proposals, institutional positioning, and global collaborations
- Mentor research assistants and support doctoral-level work
Candidate Profile
- PhD from a top-tier global institution
- Strong grounding in at least one:
- Cognitive science / psychology
- Organizational theory / strategy
- AI / computational social science
- Demonstrated ability (or clear potential) to publish in A/FT50 journals*
- High intellectual range: ability to connect micro–macro systems
- Comfort with theory construction, not just empirical testing
Performance Expectations
- 2–4 top-tier journal submissions annually
- Contribution to at least one flagship theoretical paper
- Tangible outputs across multiple formats (beyond journals)
