Role Description.
This is a full-time, Hybrid role for a Post Sales Relationship Manager located in Delhi, India. The Post Sales Relationship Manager will be responsible for maintaining and nurturing relationships with clients after the initial sales process. This includes coordinating and ensuring smooth transitions and follow-ups, negotiating any post-sales requirements, addressing client inquiries and resolving concerns, and supporting the team in achieving customer satisfaction. The role also involves working closely with different teams to guarantee seamless execution and compliance of projects.
Qualifications.
- Strong Business Relationship Management and Communication skills to effectively build and maintain client relationships and address their needs.
- Experience in Finance and Sales to handle client transactions, provide strategic advice, and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
- Proficiency in Sales Management to guide post-sales processes and ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills to handle client concerns and ensure timely resolutions.
- Ability to work within an on-site environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Educational background Preferably in Hospitality, Corporate & Education sector.
- Proficiency in local and English communication, both written and verbal.
