Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hyderabad for a Post Sales Manager. In this role, you will oversee post-sale activities to ensure a seamless customer experience, manage client relationships, and address concerns to ensure satisfaction. Responsibilities include leading a team to manage customer queries, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining client retention. You will also work collaboratively across teams to enhance customer service and strategically identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Experience in customer relationship management, post-sales support, and issue resolution.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities, including providing guidance, feedback, and ensuring delivery of team KPIs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and conflict resolution expertise.
- Proficiency in data analysis for identifying trends and improving customer retention strategies.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and systems; knowledge of relevant software is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and independently in a professional setting.
- Previous experience in education, training, or SkillTech industries is a strong advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or any related field is preferred.
