Post Recruitment Executive – IT Contingent Staffing ( India ) - Work Location Chennai
NOTE: We are currently looking only Chennai-based candidates from the IT Contract Staffing industry with 2–4 years of post-recruitment experience. Shortlisted candidates must be available to attend Face to Face evaluation at Chennai office.
🎯 Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Post Recruitment Executive – Contingent Staffing (India), to work from our Chennai HO. This role ensures smooth onboarding, payroll processing, compliance adherence, and employee lifecycle management. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in contingent staffing payroll processes, statutory compliance, and the ability to handle employee queries with professionalism and efficiency.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
Payroll & Timesheet Management
• Handle end-to-end payroll processing for deployed IT associates.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness in salary disbursement.
• Coordinate with finance and HR teams to resolve payroll discrepancies.
• Collect and validate timesheets for contingent staff.
Employee Lifecycle Management
• Manage joining formalities including documentation, induction, and orientation.
• Oversee exit formalities such as full & final settlement, clearance, and exit interviews.
• Address employee queries related to payroll, benefits, and policies.
• Track contract renewals, extensions, and terminations.
Compliance & Audit
• Ensure adherence to statutory compliance requirements (PF, ESI, gratuity, Shops & Establishments Act, etc.).
• Prepare and maintain compliance documentation for audits.
• Liaise with internal and external auditors to ensure smooth audit processes.
Reporting & MIS
• Prepare and present MIS reports on payroll, compliance, and employee lifecycle metrics.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
Contingent Staffing Payroll Process
• Demonstrate strong understanding of IT contingent staffing models and payroll processes.
• Coordinate with staffing partners to ensure seamless payroll execution.
• Maintain records and compliance for the contingent workforce.
• Mentor a small team managing post-recruitment operations ,if required .
• Ensure SLA adherence and operational efficiency across processes.
📋 Desired Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in HR operations, payroll, or post-recruitment functions.
• Strong knowledge of statutory compliance and Indian labor laws.
• Proficiency in HRMS/payroll software and MS Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
