Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Post Production Supervisor to oversee and manage all aspects of post-production for our video content. This on-site role, based in Noida, involves leading post-production workflows, managing timelines and budgets, and ensuring the highest quality of video outputs. Responsibilities include collaborating with video editors, production teams, and creative directors to meet deadlines and maintain the creative vision of each project.

Qualifications

• Experience in Post-Production, Video Post-Production, and Video Production
• Strong knowledge of Film Production processes and workflows
• Proficiency in Project Management, including scheduling, and resource allocation
• Ability to lead and motivate teams while maintaining quality control and meeting deadlines
• Familiarity with industry-standard editing software and tools
• Excellent Organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Prior experience in an educational or Edtech environment is a plus point
• Excellent Communication Skills
