Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Post Production Editor role based in New Delhi. The Post Production Editor will manage end-to-end video post-production including color correction compositing, sound edit and delivering final, client-ready outputs. Day-to-day responsibilities include editing video sequences, applying motion graphics where needed, synchronizing audio, and performing color correction and grading to ensure consistency with brand and project guidelines. The role involves collaborating closely with 3D artists, creative directors, and project managers to align visuals with design intent and client expectations, while maintaining organized project files and adhering to production timelines. The editor will also optimize exports for various platforms, implement feedback efficiently, and contribute ideas to enhance visual storytelling and overall production quality.
Qualifications
- Strong post-production skills, including color correction of 3ds Max files cams, post-Production and Video Post-Production, with experience managing complete editorial workflows from ingest to final delivery.
- Hands-on experience in Video Color Grading, with the ability to achieve consistent, high-quality looks and accurately represent materials, lighting, and spatial depth.
- Advanced knowledge of industry-standard editing and grading software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects or comparable tools).
- Strong visual storytelling skills, attention to detail, and a keen eye for composition, timing, and continuity.
- Ability to collaborate in a studio environment, accept and apply feedback constructively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced production schedule.
