• Ensuring academic excellence through promotion of teaching-learning practices, development of innovative student-centric pedagogies and their smooth implementation at the ground level in line with NEP2020 & NCF
• Aligning self with the existing progressive pedagogical practices, technology & tools
• Establishing systems, processes and policies and orienting team for adherence of the same
• Excellent inter-personal, IT & Communication Skills
• Promoting independent and team research work
• Driving distributed leadership team as the second in command to the Vice Principal
• Contributing to ensure smooth conduct of exams, affiliation and compliance requirements by the CBSE
