Role Description

The Post Graduate Teacher – Chemistry will be responsible for designing, teaching, and evaluating engaging Chemistry curriculum for senior secondary students. Key responsibilities include planning lessons, conducting classroom experiments, preparing students for various academic assessments and competitive exams, and guiding them in their academic pursuits. The role involves fostering a positive learning environment, mentoring students, and staying updated with advancements in the field of Chemistry. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ghaziabad.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Chemistry subject matter, including theoretical concepts and practical applications.
• Proficiency in lesson planning, classroom management, and delivering engaging and interactive lectures.
• Ability to assess students, provide feedback, and prepare them for board examinations and competitive tests.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to mentor and motivate students effectively.
• A postgraduate degree in Chemistry or a related field along with a recognized teaching qualification (e.g., B.Ed).
• Experience with modern teaching methods and advanced learning tools, including smart classrooms, is preferred.
• Prior experience in teaching at senior secondary level is an advantage.
