Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to lead Posspole Catalyst. This role requires strong leadership and business acumen to build, scale, and manage the Catalyst initiative as an independent vertical.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Posspole Catalyst vertical end-to-end
- Build and scale partnerships with colleges and institutions
- Drive business development and revenue generation
- Design and implement programs and initiatives
- Manage and mentor teams
- Track performance and growth metrics
- Represent Posspole in external meetings and engagements
Client & Business Development Responsibilities
- Handle client-facing interactions and presentations
- Visit technology institutes and universities to pitch Posspole Catalyst
- Generate and convert leads through institutional outreach
- Attend conferences, networking events, and industry forums
- Build relationships with key stakeholders in academia and industry
- Identify opportunities for partnerships and collaborations
- Engage with potential investors and support investor discussions
- Drive expansion and visibility of the Catalyst initiative
Core Requirements
- Strong leadership and team management experience
- Proven experience in business development
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to scale programs or business verticals
Preferred Profile
- MBA in Business Administration or related field
- 5+ years of experience in leadership/business roles
- Prior experience in EdTech or education ecosystem (highly preferred)
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership
Work Details
Location: On-site (Bangalore)
Working Days: 6 days a week
