Grow Grid, Odisha’s first organized EdTech platform, is on a mission to deliver structured, industry-relevant upskilling programs to students and professionals. We are expanding our mentor network and are looking for a passionate Freelance Mentor in Positive Psychology to join our team.
Role Overview:
As a mentor, you will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging learning content that helps learners understand and apply principles of positive psychology in real-life scenarios.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop structured learning content (PPTs/modules) based on our curriculum
- Conduct interactive live sessions and workshops
- Guide and mentor learners throughout the program
- Incorporate practical examples, activities, and case studies
Requirements:
- Background in Psychology / Positive Psychology or related field
- Prior experience in teaching, training, or mentoring (preferred)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to simplify concepts and engage learners
Compensation:
- PPT/Content Development: ₹5,000 – ₹6,000
- Live Sessions: Paid separately (to be discussed based on experience and sample work)
