Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Kadapa for a Marketing & Business Development Executive. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, managing client accounts, and developing partnerships to drive business growth. Responsibilities also include building effective communications strategies, nurturing client relationships, and contributing to the overall development of marketing initiatives.
Key Reponsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote IT training programs.
- Generate leads through field visits, digital outreach, seminars, and partnerships.
- Counsel students and parents on suitable courses based on career goals.
- Build and maintain relationships with colleges, coaching centers, and local institutions.
- Conduct presentations, workshops, and promotional events to increase brand visibility.
- Follow up with inquiries and convert leads into admissions.
- Support social media and digital marketing campaigns when required.
