Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position for a Centre Head at Meditrina Hospital in Kollam. The Centre Head will oversee daily operations, manage healthcare delivery, and ensure the highest standards of patient care. Responsibilities include supervising medical and non-medical teams, maintaining performance and operational excellence, and fostering relationships with local stakeholders. The role also involves financial management, quality enhancement, and adherence to regulatory and ethical practices within the healthcare industry.
Qualifications
- Leadership and team management skills to effectively oversee diverse teams and operations.
- Experience in hospital operations, healthcare administration, and financial management.
- Proven expertise in driving quality assurance and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and communication skills to navigate complex challenges.
- Minimum 15 years of total professional experience, with significant work in healthcare or hospital management.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Healthcare Management, Hospital Administration, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
