Role Description
- Advise clients on POSH compliance, employment & labour laws, HR policies, workplace investigations, and disciplinary matters.
- Conduct POSH trainings and awareness programmes while providing end-to-end support to Internal Committees during inquiries.
- Draft and review POSH policies, inquiry reports, legal opinions, compliance documents, and workplace guidelines.
- Collaborate with HR, management, and legal teams to resolve workplace issues, ensure statutory compliance, and promote safe and inclusive workplaces.
Qualifications:
- LL.B., HR, or a related degree with 3–7 years of experience in POSH compliance, Employment & Labour Laws, HR compliance, or workplace investigations.
- Strong legal and advisory skills in POSH compliance, employment & labour laws, policy drafting, workplace investigations, and case management.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to conduct POSH awareness programmes, IC trainings, and interact confidently with clients.
- Professional, empathetic, and collaborative approach, with strong analytical, drafting, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
