Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Hyderabad for a Portfolio Relationship Manager - SME Banking. The Portfolio Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of SME clients by providing tailored financial solutions. Responsibilities include building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, ensuring compliance with banking regulations, analyzing financial statements, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty. The individual will be instrumental in supporting the growth and profitability of the SME segment within the bank.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of SME Banking products, financial analysis, and credit assessment
- Proven relationship management, client servicing, and account development skills
- Knowledge of banking operations, risk management, and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage with SMEs
- Proficiency in financial tools, banking software, and data-driven decision-making
- Ability to meet targets in a fast-paced banking environment and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Educational qualification: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior experience in SME or Business Banking is highly advantageous
