Role Overview
We are looking for motivated professionals for the role of
Relationship Manager (Royale / Portfolio RM) to manage customer relationships and contribute to business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle and grow affluent / preferred customer portfolio
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Identify new business opportunities and onboard customers
- Promote banking products such as CASA, insurance, and Mutual Funds
- Support revenue growth through cross-selling activities
- Maintain service quality and customer satisfaction
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate (any discipline)
- 1+ year experience in banking / financial services / sales
- Understanding of customer handling and product sales
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
