Role Description
The Portfolio Relationship Manager will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing relationships with customers to drive business growth. Responsibilities include managing a portfolio of clients, ensuring prompt customer service, identifying cross-selling and up-selling opportunities, and achieving financial targets. The manager will also coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery and ensure adherence to compliance and regulatory requirements. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat.
Qualifications
- Strong customer relationship management and interpersonal skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Sales and business development experience, including cross-selling and up-selling financial products.
- Knowledge of banking operations and a thorough understanding of regulatory guidelines related to financial services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to manage customer needs and queries efficiently.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA or professional banking certification would be a plus.
- Proficiency in using banking systems and CRM tools is desirable.
