About Corporate And Investment Banking (CIB)
As a global leader in knowledge processes, research, and analytics, you’ll be working with a team that specializes in global market research, working with the top-rated investment research organizations, bulge bracket investment banks, and leading asset managers. We cater to 8 of the top 10 global banks, working alongside their product and sector teams, supporting them on deal origination, execution, valuation, and transaction advisory-related projects.
What you will be doing at Evalueserve-
Portfolio Monitoring and Reporting
- Track, collect, validate, analyze, and report financial and operational data from portfolio companies.
- Maintain and update portfolio data in iLEVEL, Chronograph, or other platforms, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Generate periodic reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders and investors.
Data Management
- Ensure consistency and integrity of data across systems.
- Work closely with portfolio companies to streamline data submission processes.
- Support automation and optimization of data workflows within the platforms.
Performance Analysis
- Track KPIs, valuation metrics, and financial performance indicators.
- Assist in benchmarking the performance of portfolio companies against industry standards.
- Support investment teams with ad hoc analysis and insights.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Liaise with investment professionals, finance teams, and external partners.
- Provide support during quarterly and annual reporting cycles.
- Assist in preparing materials for LPs, board meetings, and internal reviews.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; CFA certification is a plus.
- 6+ years of experience in private equity, investment management, or financial analysis.
- Working knowledge of the iLEVEL application is required.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience in working on Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with fund structures, capital calls, and distributions.
- Strong understanding of valuation methodologies and financial modeling.
- Experience in working with portfolio company management teams.
