Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role, located in Lucknow, for a Portfolio Manager. The Portfolio Manager will oversee client investment portfolios, analyze real estate trends, recommend strategies, and develop investment plans to optimize returns. The role includes managing client relationships, conducting market research, handling asset allocation, and executing trading strategies to align with the client’s financial goals.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate market data, assess investment performance, and develop strategies
- In-depth knowledge of Finance and Investments principles relevant to managing real estate portfolios
- Experience in Portfolio Management, including asset allocation and risk management
- Understanding of Trading practices and the ability to execute relevant transactions effectively
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to manage client relationships and collaborate with teams
- Proficiency in financial modeling tools and software
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field (MBA or equivalent is a plus)
- Experience in real estate markets and regulatory frameworks is highly desirable
