Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Noida for a Portfolio Manager. The Portfolio Manager will be responsible for managing client investment portfolios, analyzing market trends, and recommending suitable real estate investment opportunities. Daily responsibilities include assessing risk and returns, developing investment strategies, monitoring portfolio performance, and executing trades under market conditions. The role involves working directly with clients to help them achieve their financial goals through informed investment decisions in the real estate sector.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Portfolio Management and Investments, with a strong understanding of effective strategies in the real estate sector
- Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to assess market trends and investment opportunities
- Knowledge of Finance principles and practices, with an ability to create detailed financial reports
- Experience with Trading and executing financial strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with clients
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Investment Management, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or CFA certification is a plus
- Prior experience in real estate investment advisory is highly desirable
- Atleast 5+ years of work experience and 3+ years with real estate industry
Compensation or Renumeration
- Package of 12-18 LPA comprising of fixed compensation & variables.
