Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Portfolio Specialist based in Noida. The role involves managing and optimizing real estate investment portfolios, analyzing market trends, and providing strategic recommendations. The Portfolio Specialist will be responsible for project and program management, maintaining strong communication with stakeholders, and offering insights to ensure investment objectives are met. The position plays a key role in supporting clients in making well-informed real estate decisions.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to assess market trends and portfolio performance.
- Expertise in Project Portfolio Management and Program Management to oversee and optimize real estate projects.
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction and collaboration with stakeholders.
