Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of multiple e-commerce portals
- Create, update, and optimize product listings and catalogs
- Ensure accurate and timely content updates for improved visibility
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant teams for stock replenishment
- Plan and execute pricing strategies, discounts, and promotional campaigns
- Track keyword performance and improve product ranking through SEO techniques
- Analyze sales data and prepare reports; assign Plans of Action (POA) using internal ERP systems
- Resolve listing-related issues such as suppression, quarantine, compliance errors, and DPR
- Ensure all products comply with marketplace policies and guidelines
- Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Finance, Operations) for smooth execution
- Manage customer feedback, ratings, and reviews to maintain brand reputation
- Liaise with marketplace account managers to negotiate better visibility, deals, opt-ins, and rewards
Key Skills & Requirements
- Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, data analysis)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of SEO, keyword optimization, and product ranking
- Experience in handling marketplace portals (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, etc.)
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate across teams
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in e-commerce operations or marketplace management
