Facilities- Maintenance Technician II
General Position Summary:
Performs technical duties as required. Installs, maintains and repairs equipment and facility.
Essential Functions/Major Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain and repair facility, equipment and grounds
- Monitor and make adjustments and repairs as necessary to facility systems and equipment
- Work with other departments solving engineering related complaints and problems
- Manager multiple projects within strict time constraints
Specific Job Skills:
- Ability to use hand and power tools, safely and efficiently
- Ability to use a multi-meter
- Must be able to troubleshoot equipment using a schematic or wiring diagram
- Experience in all aspects of building maintenance including plumbing, electrical, carpentry and refrigeration
- Some administrative abilities needed
