Key Responsibilities: Provide live technical support via phone, chat, and email. Troubleshoot domain, DNS, hosting, and email-related issues. Assist customers with website setup, WordPress hosting, and Shopify integrations. Handle account, billing, and payment queries. Deliver a positive, professional, and customer-first experience. Required Skills & Experience: Minimum 2 years of technical support or IT help desk experience. Strong knowledge of domains, hosting, DNS, and email configuration. Excellent communication skills (phone, chat, and email). Ability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday included). Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace. Based in California, Idaho, Oregon, Texas, or Washington. Work Schedule: Shift Options: Fri – Tue, 9 AM – 5 PM (PT) Thu – Mon, 9 AM – 5 PM (PT) Includes paid breaks during each 8-hour shift.
