We're building India's most loved UPI app, and every push, ping, and pop-up counts. You'll join our CRM team that keeps millions of users engaged; through data, precision, and timing. Role Overview This is a hands-on execution role. You'll be the one bringing CRM campaigns to life — setting them up, scheduling them, double-checking details, and ensuring they go live exactly as planned. Around 90% of your day will be operational pulling data, cleaning sheets, tagging users, setting up MoEngage campaigns, and tracking delivery reports. The remaining 10%? Understanding the why behind what you're doing, learning how user journeys work and how small actions lead to big engagement. If you like working with numbers and in systems where consistency, accuracy, and timing make all the difference, you'll fit right in. What You'll Be Doing Set up and schedule CRM campaigns across Push Notifications, WhatsApp, Email, and SMS. Manage campaign configurations on MoEngage (don't worry, we'll train you!). Pull, clean, and maintain datasets, making sure every list is accurate and ready on time. Track campaign performance: delivery, clicks, and engagement and flag anything unusual. Maintain campaign records and documentation for easy reference and reporting. Support the Assistant Manager and CRM Manager in executing larger campaign plans. Ensure error-free, timely execution, because every detail matters. Skills & Qualifications Must haves: You're comfortable working with spreadsheets (Excel / Google Sheets) and can handle large sets of numbers without blinking. Detail-oriented: you catch mistakes others might miss. Organized and disciplined with your work. Comfortable following structured processes and learning new tools. Okay with repetitive work, but still give it 100% accuracy every time. Nice to haves: Familiarity with CRM or marketing tools like MoEngage or Bik. Basic understanding of metrics like delivery rates, CTR, or CVR. Exposure to tools like Metabase or Redash. (Not familiar with them yet? No worries, we'll train you from scratch!)
