About the role

Role Description

Our Customer Service Representatives (CSR) are responsible for providing exceptional support to customers by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall satisfaction with our products or services. The CSR serves as the primary point of contact between the company and its clients, maintaining a professional and helpful attitude at all times. Communication with customers occurs through email, live chat, and phone. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-first mindset.


Qualifications

  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
  • At least 2 years of customer service experience.
  • Familiarity with Zendesk or similar tools.


Job Specifications:

  • Fully remote position
  • Openings: 7 full-time positions, 5 part-time positions
  • Pay starting at $3/hour for Tier 1 up to $7/hour for Senior Escalation specialists
  • Benefits include performance bonuses (averaging from $75/month to $200+)
