RESPONSIBILITIES Collaborate with stakeholders across teams (e.g., Product, Sales, Marketing) to identify analytical needs and deliver actionable insights. Perform deep-dive analyses on complex datasets to uncover trends, identify opportunities, and solve business problems. Develop, implement, and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure business outcomes. Support decision-making by providing clear, concise, and impactful data presentations to leadership and other stakeholders. Partner with Data Engineering to ensure the accuracy, reliability, and scalability of data pipelines and reporting tools. Proactively identify areas for improvement in processes, tools, and data quality, and recommend solutions. REQUIREMENTS Experience: 5+ years of experience in a data analytics role in the tech industry, with a proven track record of driving business impact. Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker). Analytical Expertise: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights. Business Acumen: Experience working in FinTech, SaaS, or a high-growth startup environment is a plus. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences. Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams and levels of seniority.
