We’re looking for a Sous Chef who can lead with purpose, develop high-performing teams, and deliver consistent culinary excellence in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

What You’ll Do
- Lead back-of-house kitchen operations and service execution
- Ensure quality, consistency, and food safety standards
- Develop and coach team members
- Support hiring and performance management
- Use data and modern tools to improve efficiency and performance
Requirements
Sous Chef I (Entry Leadership Level)
- 2 years of culinary experience, AA, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, kitchen operations, and food safety
Sous Chef II (Experienced Leadership Level)
- 5 years of culinary experience, BA, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 3 years of kitchen leadership experience
Sous Chef III (Advanced Leadership Level)
- 7 years of culinary experience
- Minimum 3 years of leadership in high-volume kitchen operations
- Demonstrated success leading large teams and driving performance improvements
Preferred:
- Certified Sous Chef (CSC)
- Experience with digital systems and kitchen technology
