Description
Scrapes, washes and stacks the plates, glasses, eating and cooking utensils, pots, pans, machines, etc. used in the various PCC dining areas, and for cleaning general kitchen area.
Essential Functions:
- Cleans all plates, utensils, pots and pans, and food preparation equipment either manually or using a dishwashing machine.
- Stacks and puts away all cleaned items.
- Cleans general kitchen areas and all equipment used.
- Prepares dishwashing machines for use and adjusts controls as needed.
Requirements
- Capable of a full range of body movement and possess good manual dexterity.
- Have good health, eye sight and sense of smell.
- Able to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
- Able to communicate in English.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Have a grammar school education.

To Be Determined (19 hours per week)
