We are seeking a Controller who will serve as a key financial leader—overseeing accounting operations, financial reporting, and internal controls while partnering with executive leadership to support sound decision-making and long-term financial sustainability.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead all accounting operations, including financial reporting and internal controls
  • Oversee and continuously improve audit, compliance, and reporting processes
  • Develop, monitor, and support annual budgeting and financial planning processes
  • Provide financial analysis, insights, and recommendations to executive leadership, including the President’s Council
  • Lead, coach, and develop finance team members to support performance and professional growth

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 5 years of relevant experience working in an accounting department
  • Proven leadership and excellent interpersonal skills

Preferred:

  • CPA, CMA, MAcc, or MBA
  • 10 years of relevant accounting department experience
  • Experience in a complex or multi-revenue stream organization
  • Knowledge of and appreciation for Polynesian culture

  • Must be eligible to work in the United States
