Employer Outreach Specialist (Job Developer)

We are seeking a highly motivated and adaptable Employer Outreach Specialist (Job Developer) to join our dynamic team. The Employer Outreach Specialist (Job Developer) role operates in a high-volume, high-demand environment, requiring exceptional organizational skills, the ability to prioritize effectively, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. The Employer Outreach Specialist (Job Developer) is responsible for the Start and Success stages of the Integrated Employment Services program, including job development, securing employment placements with and without wage subsidy, organizing hiring events and job fairs, recruiting employers, conducting regular follow-up and supporting clients at their new jobs, furthering their career development, or responding to a crisis. This includes vigorous employer outreach, soliciting employer interest, and establishing and maintaining relationships with employers and community organizations. In-person services must be delivered at our Scarborough North office location. Hours are 8:30 am to 4:00 pm (less 30 minute unpaid meal break) Monday through Friday, excluding statutory holidays.
