Software Engineer, Project - Graduate / Junior

PolyAI is tackling the challenges of automating customer service through voice. Our voice assistants make it possible for businesses to deliver outstanding customer service at every touchpoint. This is voice-enabled, AI-driven customer service that works in the real world, right now. As part of the project team, you will take a lead role in developing real-world systems for our customers that take 1000s of calls every single day. You will work closely with PolyAI Product Solutions Managers and Dialogue Designers to build out and maintain highly specialized software that delights our clients and their customers.
