Political Strategist – Andhra Pradesh

About the Role
We are looking for a sharp, field-ready Political Strategist to join our team for an upcoming project in Andhra Pradesh. This is a high-intensity, ground-up role that demands equal fluency in data rooms and dusty roads — you'll be shaping strategy at the top while staying plugged into grassroots realities. What You'll Do
- Analyze government policy performance and assess public perception — identifying what's working, what's failing, and why it matters electorally
- Track and evaluate the narrative strategies of competing political actors; identify gaps and opportunities for more effective messaging
- Develop actionable, data-backed electoral strategies tailored to regional voter dynamics in Andhra Pradesh
- Conduct and synthesize field research, voter sentiment analysis, and on-ground intelligence gathering
- Collaborate with campaign teams to translate strategic insights into executable plans across constituencies
- Support war room operations and real-time decision-making during campaign cycles
- Prepare clear, concise briefs, decks, and reports for client-facing presentations
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in political consulting, policy analysis, advocacy, or election campaigning
- Deep, firsthand understanding of Indian political systems — not just textbook knowledge, but working familiarity with how parties, candidates, and ecosystems actually operate
- Fluency in Telugu (spoken and written) is mandatory; strong command of English required
- Strong grasp of Andhra Pradesh's political landscape, key stakeholders, caste dynamics, and regional issues
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); comfort with data tools is a plus
- Excellent research, analytical, and communication skills — both written and verbal
- Meritorious academic background; graduation or post-graduation from a reputed institution preferred
