What we expect
* At least 5 years of hands-on experience in political speech writing
* Deep understanding of Hindi narrative flow
* Ability to work directly with high-profile leaders
* Comfort handling pressure and rapid revisions
* Strong situational and cultural awareness
Priority will be given to candidates who have worked with:
* Cabinet Ministers
* Chief Ministers
* Their official media or communication teams
