Matdaan.com, also known as the Voter’s Help Centre, is dedicated to empowering voters by providing them with the knowledge and tools they need to make informed decisions during elections.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ujjain for a Political Fieldwork Professional. The professional will engage in building awareness about critical political issues and electoral participation.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal communication and public speaking skills
- Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and reporting
- Ability to organize and execute field campaigns and events
- Proactive attitude and problem-solving skills
Expectations (Not mandatory)
- Familiarity with political processes, voter behavior, or grassroots campaigns
- Adaptability to work in a dynamic on-site environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Computer, Political Science, Social Work, or a related field
- Knowledge of the local language and culture is a plus
- Previous experience in community engagement or political campaigns is highly advantageous
