Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Mumbai, with flexibility for some remote work. As a Political Consultant at Poll Mantra, you will collaborate with political leaders, organizations, and stakeholders to design and implement effective election campaigns. Responsibilities include conducting in-depth research, analyzing voter behavior, interpreting data trends, and providing strategic advice. The role also involves drafting tailored campaign strategies, overseeing outreach initiatives, and ensuring alignment with Poll Mantra's mission of fostering informed political participation.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Political Science, knowledge of Politics, and expertise in managing Political Campaigns
- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and evaluate electoral dynamics
- Exceptional Communication skills for drafting strategic recommendations and engaging various stakeholders
- Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment combining in-office and remote tasks
- Familiarity with digital tools, voter outreach methodologies, and public opinion analysis
- Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, Public Administration, or a related discipline
- Prior experience in political consulting or campaign management is highly desirable
