🗳️ About the Role
We're looking for 2 highly creative Political Ad Strategists to craft powerful digital campaign content for social media. You'll be working at the intersection of politics, storytelling, and performance marketing — writing content that moves people and drives real results.

📌 What You'll Do
• Write high-converting ad copies for Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp & YouTube
• Craft powerful hooks (first 3–5 seconds) that capture attention instantly
• Develop political campaign content — posters, videos, captions & slogans
• Collaborate with designers to align content with visuals
• Create multiple content variations for A/B testing
• Stay on top of political trends, leaders & current affairs
• Optimize content based on CTR, engagement & conversions

✅ What We're Looking For
• Strong copywriting & storytelling skills
• Ability to write short, punchy, impactful hooks
• Good understanding of India's political landscape (state & national)
• Experience in ad content creation (Meta Ads, YouTube Ads preferred)
• Proficiency in Telugu and/or English content writing
• Understanding of viral formats, reels & short video content

• Prior experience working on political campaigns or social media pages
• Knowledge of audience targeting & engagement strategies
• Basic familiarity with design tools (Canva, Photoshop)
