About the role

We're looking for a proactive and detail-focused Project Coordinator with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our team. In this role, you'll work closely with project managers and cross-functional teams to help plan, organize, and deliver a range of IT projects. a) Help create project plans, timelines, and important documents. b) Keep track of project progress and make sure things stay on schedule. c) Work with both the internal team and clients to keep communication clear and smooth. d) Organize meetings, prepare agendas, take notes, and follow up on next steps. e) Watch out for potential issues and let the Project Manager know if something needs attention. f) Keep project records up to date using tools like JIRA or Trello. g) Help keep track of budgets and make sure billing and invoices are handled on time. h) Take part in team activities like daily check-ins, planning meetings, and reviews in Agile projects.
