Applications are invited from eligible candidates for the position of Policy Research Analyst and Outreach Associate.
1. Policy Research Analyst
The candidate will contribute to development of policy research design, strategic outreach initiatives and evidence-based policy frameworks with strong background in science communication
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate national and international research funding opportunities.
- Have excellent presentation skills, develop high-quality scientific content, outreach and execute stakeholder engagement initiatives (workshops, academic events).
- Create professional digital content using Adobe Creative Cloud apps and data analysis tools such as SPSS, R, or equivalent.
Desirable: Master’s degree (preferably an MBA or a related field) with demonstrated experience in education policy research / institutional strategy and excellent communication skills.
2. Outreach Associate
The candidate will assist in content development and outreach initiatives, contributing to institutional policy.
Key Responsibilities
- Support documentation, report preparation, and dissemination activities.
- Contribute to the development of outreach materials (newsletters, briefs, social media content).
- Create digital content using tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud apps.
Desirable: An UG degree with experience in scientific content creation.
