Required Skills (Mandatory)
- Guidewire PolicyCenter (PC) – Configuration & Integration
- Guidewire Certification – Mandatory
- Strong experience in Gosu / Java
- Integration expertise (APIs, messaging, system integrations)
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead design and delivery of Guidewire PolicyCenter implementations and upgrades
- Provide technical direction and architecture guidance
- Handle end-to-end solution design including:
- Product model
- Data model
- PCF UI
- Integration patterns
- Work closely with cross-functional teams and mentor developers
- Conduct code reviews and ensure best practices & quality standards
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and optimize performance
- Ensure scalability, maintainability, and smooth releases
Additional Requirements
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work in early morning (7 AM) shift
