POLICY ASSOCIATE (LEGAL / GOVERNANCE TRACK)
Role
Work on drafting and structuring SOPs, policy frameworks, agreements, and governance documents. Ensure internal consistency, enforceability, and clarity across all materials.
Key work:
-Draft SOPs, policy frameworks, agreements, and governance documents
-Ensure consistency, clarity, and enforceability across all documents
-Identify and resolve contradictions, gaps, and ambiguities
-Maintain version control, drafting logs, and document traceability
-Prepare legal notes, issue briefs, and interpretive support
-Consolidate inputs into structured, decision-ready outputs
-Track drafting tasks and ensure timely closure

LL.B. (completed)
Strong drafting and analytical ability
2.
INSTRUCTOR (FIELD IMPLEMENTATION LEAD)
Role
Execute SCA framework on ground. Convert standards into working systems across HH / SME / MFG / FMCG environments.
Key work:
-Implement SCA systems from scratch at site level
-Establish hygiene, segregation, and process discipline
-Convert documentation (D1–D10) into actual working practice
-Build and maintain traceability systems (input → output)
-Conduct field training and enforce behavioural compliance
-Perform site inspections and audit preparation,
Identify and correct ground-level non-compliance
-Ensure continuous compliance post-implementation
Eligibility
Graduate in Food Tech / Manufacturing / Hospitality / Production / Allied fields
ENGAGEMENT STRUCTURE (BOTH ROLES)
3-month probation
Evaluation based on actual output
Paid role post-probation (performance-based)
