At Polaris, we're building a category-defining tech school, and we're looking for a Brand Manager who loves fast growth, clean execution, and owning metrics that actually move the needle. Own a Growth LeverBe the owner of a major channel - lead gen, influencer marketing, events, community, or brand awareness - and scale it with experiments, budgets, and clear outcomes. Build GTMs That Move the Needle - Plan and execute GTMs for admissions cycles, big events, and campaigns. Lead crossfunctional teams to ship fast and ship well. Run High-Impact Campaigns - Lead influencer initiatives, offline activations, ATL / BTL, and vendor / agency coordination - from brief to execution. Optimize the Funnel - Track numbers, fix drop-offs, improve journeys (landing pages, WhatsApp, email), and drive conversions across the full funnel. Shape Brand Communication - Work with design + content teams to create sharp, consistent messaging across digital and offline platforms. Strengthen Brand Presence - Drive SEO, ORM, sentiment tracking, and keep Polaris showing up clean, clear, and compelling.
