Position Summary
The Educational Diagnostician conducts comprehensive evaluations to determine student eligibility for special education services and supports the development of appropriate educational programs. This position ensures compliance with the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) and regulations set by the New Mexico Public Education Department (NMPED). The diagnostician collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to analyze data, interpret assessment results, and guide instructional decision-making to improve student outcomes.
