<div><strong>About the Role</strong></div><div>NAPA Auto Parts is looking to add YOU to our team! We are searching for hard-working people who are willing to pitch in wherever needed — from delivering parts and working with retail customers to stocking shelves and checking in freight.<br><br>
</div><div>This position gives you the chance to learn the ins and outs of the automotive parts industry quickly and build in-depth knowledge of all things NAPA KNOW HOW. No prior automotive experience is required — we provide paid training and all the tools you need to succeed.<br><br>

</div><div><strong>Responsibilities</strong></div><ul>
<li>Deliver parts to customers and local businesses</li>
<li>Assist retail customers with their auto parts needs</li>
<li>Stock shelves and maintain store organization</li>
<li>Check in and process incoming freight</li>
<li>Support fellow team members with general store tasks as needed</li>
</ul><div><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></div><ul>
<li>Positive attitude and strong work ethic</li>
<li>People-first personality with a willingness to learn</li>
<li>Valid driver’s license</li>
<li>Must be 18 or older</li>
<li>Automotive knowledge is a plus but not required — paid training is provided for all new hires</li>
