About the role

About the Role: The Product Manager (Health Plan/ACO) is responsible for the discovery and delivery of new features, functionality, and products that create compelling value for our customers and drive strategic growth for the company and our clients. You will act as a key innovator and contributor to the ultimate success of our products. You will work closely with our development team, user experience team, and go-to-market teams to enhance our existing products and build new products. This position will require frequent interaction with a cross-functional set of business stakeholders and software engineers, effective communication and facilitation skills, excellent organizational skills, and will be the 'the voice of customer' on the features we choose to build. About the Team: This Product Manager will report to one of our Product Directors and will work as a peer to an already fantastic Product Management team. You will work closely with all stakeholders, including sales, marketing, engineering, data science, and customer success. Key Responsibilities: • Work cross-functionally with engineering, UX, and other roles to validate, deliver, and optimize product and customer journey improvements • Assess product investment opportunities and incoming requests with thorough but light-weight rigor – communicating clear, reasoned recommendations to senior leaders and stakeholders • Seek out customer insights and feedback early and often – becoming a recognized expert on our customers’ problems, goals, and landscape • Build trust and strong relationships with sales, customer success, and product marketing teams • Define and monitor product health metrics for assigned product areas • Influence and work across functional areas to drive OKRs and strategic initiatives to success • Work with implementation teams to develop product training, technical and end-user documentation • Serve as an ambassador for our product team, driving strategic thinking around our product Your Key Strengths: • 3+ years of experience in a Product Management function • B2B product management experience working with a direct sales team and enterprise customers • Experience working in healthcare technology and with health plans or ACOs is a plus • Experience partnering with engineering and UX teams to drive delivery and execution • Knowledge of Agile software development principles, conversant in web application architecture concepts and terminology • Experience with product discovery principles and fundamentals • Ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical stakeholders in both verbal and written forms • Experience building a product roadmap for their assigned scope based on informed rationale • Experience leveraging data to inform the success and iteration of new features • Strong work ethic and proven ability to drive projects to closure • Strong deductive reasoning and attention to detail • Demonstrates adaptability and ability to identify what’s important and act in times of uncertainty • High comfort level interacting with colleagues and with various levels of client organizations
