About the role

We are looking for a talented Growth Strategist to join our team at Pogo Recruiting. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing growth strategies to drive new client acquisition and revenue expansion. You will work closely with our sales, marketing, and operations teams to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities - Develop and implement data-driven growth strategies and campaigns across various channels (e.g., digital marketing, partnerships, referrals) - Continuously optimize and iterate on growth initiatives based on performance and feedback - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of growth plans - Measure and report on the effectiveness of growth initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvement Required Qualifications: - 3+ years of experience in a growth strategy or marketing role, preferably in a B2B SaaS or professional services environment - Demonstrated track record of driving customer acquisition and revenue growth - Proficiency in data analysis, A/B testing, and performance optimization - Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, marketing, analytics)
